We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse who brings compassion, clinical skills and curiosity to rehabilitation nursing. Job Description
As part of our nursing team, you will support residents with a range of complex clinical and rehabilitative needs. No two days are the same, you will combine hands-on clinical practice with advocacy, person-centered planning, and coordination of care within a diverse team of skilled health professionals. You will be working in partnership with clients and their families/whānau with cognitive and medical needs. Experience in brain injury neurology, rehabilitation or a similar area is ideal. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team will be something you enjoy as well as working in partnership with clients and their families/whānau.

We are looking for a nurse who brings clinical skills, compassion and teamwork.
You will have:
At least 2 years postgraduate experience as a Registered Nurse and must hold a current New Zealand practising certificate.
Strong assessment, planning and clinical decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and the ability to work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team.
The ability to provide leadership and direction to care staff during shifts.
A commitment to person-centered, values-based care.
If you are not a NZ Citizen or permanent resident, you must hold a valid NZ Work Visa.
Preferred experience (not essential):
Rehabilitation nursing, particularly traumatic brain injury (TNI) and neurological conditions.
Confidence in supporting residents with complex physical or cognitive needs.
